I finally decided to glaze/coat all of the catch-all dishes. I liked the matte finish that the baked, unglazed clay had but the acrylic paint made the dishes remain somewhat sticky. They were still fully functional but picked up a little more dust than was necessary. And with the fresh look I decided to re-shoot the dishes as well. I loved the outdoor setting, but the images never looked clean enough to really focus on the lovely colors within the dishes.

There is one downside to glazing the dishes now, but luckily I noticed before any sold. There were small price stickers on the undersides of most dishes and the pen ink somehow bled through the sticker and onto the dish (no more individually priced items at craft fairs!). So now there are small blue numbers on the lighter colored dishes. The only solution at this point is to discount the ones affected and notify potential buyers of this flaw. The imperfections won't be seen unless the dishes are turned over, but it's still unfortunate. View the new prices here.
I also moved the astrological dishes to Storenvy because I felt that they fit the site better than Etsy. I may move all of the dishes depending on the response, but for now they are mostly still on Etsy.
