Everything is finally organized enough to share how all of the DIY elements came together. We had a last minute change of venue due to things out of our control, but the location we ended up with was absolutely perfect (and was from the cafe that we were catering from anyway, so a win for everyone). Because of the change we were able to set up all the non-perishables the night before and had extra help from one of our witnesses and her mom. They also had some great ideas on where to place some things or decorate in ways that I wouldn't have done.

Each of the meal tables had floral arrangements, silverware, mason jars, paper doily coasters, mini succulent planters, On This Day fact cards, and Today's Events pamphlets. Everything but the floral arrangements were for the taking, and I saw quite a few guests leaving with new plant friends.

Although it wasn't planned, the wedding party ended up sitting at a bar-style table at one end of the room. We decorated it simply with string lights, flowers, silverware, and pamphlets.

The guest book and gift bag tables were simply set up with the framed signs or extra materials to decorate with.

We had plenty of extra space for all of the food and drink. Each area came out lovely, but the desert table was probably my favorite. The cupcakes were from a local cupcake bakery (that is unfortunately no longer in business) and were decorated perfectly--plus they tasted great.

Last but not least, the event sign held up until long after the guests had left. It's now hanging above my craft table as a monthly goal list.
